Our Beddlington Wool Look Pet Coat is perfect for keeping your furry friend warm and cosy on cold wintery walks!

 

Make sure your best companion is looking super stylish in this brown/blue plaid wool look pet coat which has a turn down collar exposing a cream sherpa fleece lining with a tan faux leather binding.

 

The coat is made from a high quality grampian polyester alternative, which is a durable fabric that has a brushed surface to mimic the look and feel of its genuine wool counterpart. It is also lined with a cream sherpa fleece to maximise comfort and heat retention keeping your pet warm. 

 

What if the coat gets muddy? Not to worry! As the coat isn't natural wool, it is machine washable at up to 30 degrees.

 

There is an option to include a waterproof layer in between the grampian and sherpa below. 

 

As this coat is made to measure, which means each one is individually made to fit your pet once you've placed your order, the dispatch times are approx. 7-14 business days. By you opting for a made to measure product also helps reduce fabric waste, meaning you're doing your bit to save the planet! 

 

Measurement Guide:

 

Chest measurement (inches)

Measure around the widest part of your dogs chest. Ensure that you don't pull the tape measure tight and can fit a finger width between the tape and your dog for a comfortable fit.

 

Length measurement (inches) *

Starting between the shoulder blades (no higher!), bring the tape measure to the base of your pets tail. This is the measurement we need. *THIS SHOULD NOT BE BIGGER THAN THE CHEST MEASUREMENT!

 

Neck measurement (inches)

Start at the back of your pets neck and loosely wrap the tape measure around the part closest to the chest. Ensure that you don't pull the tape measure tightly at any point and make sure you can fit two fingers between the tape and the neck for a comfortable fit.

 

Once you have ordered, you will receive a form to submit the required measurements. Please complete and respond to this ASAP to avoid delays with the making of your order.

All coats are made to the measurements given, if you require any room please add this to the measurements you provide. Please be aware that all of our fabrics have varying levels of stretch. Please ensure that you follow our measurement guide and always round any measurements that aren't a whole number up to the next nearest number. Always include at least one finger width between the tape measure and the body and never pull the tape measure tightly or into the fur.

 

Should you have any other concerns about sizing, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate individual requirements.

  • If you are looking to return an item be it for an exchange or refund, please email enquiries@annabellecarterdesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then email you a returns form, a unique returns number and the returns address. When returning an item, please re-use the original packaging if possible; otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage.

    Please include the completed returns form or a copy of your packing list, stating your returns number and what your wishes are for an exchange, replacement or refund. Any refund given will be made automatically to your original order payment method. In the case of free delivery promotions an administration charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original postage costs. When returning goods, always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the Post Office for loss or damage.

    We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. We recommend that you use a tracked service. Please note, all of our bespoke made to measure items are non-refundable and non returnable.*

    Faulty Items

    We guarantee to replace or, if out of stock refund any faulty items*. Simply notify us within the 3 days of the delivery of the goods. Annabelle Carter Designs requests that the faulty goods be sent back to them at your own cost, however this will be refunded along with the cost of the faulty items. For this reason, we advise that you use a tracking service so you can be sure the product gets back to us safely. If a courier delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as a damaged container, let us know within 24 hrs, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.

    *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL BESPOKE MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. IN THE EVENT OF THIS HAPPENING, PLEASE SEND PHOTOGRAPHS TO US SO WE CAN ASSESS THE DAMAGE. ANY DECISION DECIDED UPON THEREAFTER IS AT THE GOODWILL AND DISCRETION OF ANNABELLE CARTER DESIGNS/THE FASHIONABLE HOUND COMPANY.

     

    Exchanges

    When returning an item for exchange, please call or email to check we have the item you want in stock and we can reserve the item for you and issue you with a return number. Exchange items must be returned 'as new' with all original labels and packaging included. Please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement on the returns form or a covering note. Once we have received your return and processed your exchange, if there is any difference due we will contact you before dispatch. Return costs cannot be refunded, but we will send out the exchanged item free of charge.
