How we are keeping our clients and ourselves safe during the coronavirus pandemic
The health and safety of our clients is incredibly important to us. Therefore, in line with the UK government guidance around staying COVID-19 secure, the following measures will be in place at Annabelle Carter Designs until further notice:
Free Consultations - Our free initial consultations are being carried out by video conference only, until further advised. Book as you would on our book online page and you will be sent an invite by email.
Fittings – Brides are permitted to bring 2 adult VIP guests to their fitting appointments. We are happy to facilitate video calls with guests unable to attend in person.
Hand Hygiene – All clients and guests will be asked to sanitise their hands upon arrival. There is hand sanitiser available in the boutique as well as handwash and water.
PPE – We will wear face coverings. Clients and guests are asked to wear their own face mask/covering throughout their appointment. Annabelle Carter Designs is unable to supply these for client use.
General Sanitisation - The fitting room will be cleaned before and after all appointments with surfaces sanitised and dresses steamed.
IMPORTANT - If you or your guest experience Coronavirus symptoms prior to your appointment, please contact us to reschedule until after you have self-isolated/recovered.
We kindly ask all clients and their guests to comply with these measures for the sake of everyone’s safety.

You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. All orders are subject to availability and Annabelle Carter Designs reserve the right to refuse a sale. Dispatch times may vary according to the availability of a product/service, you will be notified of any delays as soon as is practicable. Any third party links clicked on through this website may be subject to different privacy policies and terms and conditions for sale, therefore please make sure you read these as we cannot accept responsibility for third party websites. By placing an order with Annabelle Carter Designs, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Annabelle Carter Designs for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Annabelle Carter Designs only, unless agreed upon with the customer in advance. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and the credit assessment The information you provide is only available to Annabelle Carter Designs and our suppliers specific to the products you order but will not be shared with other third parties without your previous consent. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Annabelle Carter Designs to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Annabelle Carter Designs Conditions, you agree to the above.
Events outside Annabelle Carter Designs' control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Annabelle Carter Designs is released from our obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers*

All products remain Annabelle Carter Designs property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Please note that all bespoke occasion wear from the Annabelle Carter Designs range are subject to the quote given after the first free initial consultation. All of our Bespoke occasion wear requires a 40% non-refundable deposit to be paid upfront. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Annabelle Carter Designs. All card payments conducted through Annabelle Carter Designs are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Annabelle Carter Designs reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Annabelle Carter Designs has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Annabelle Carter Designs shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Returns and Exchange Policy
All you need to know about returns and refunds
If you are looking to return an item be it for an exchange or refund, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then email you a returns form, a unique returns number and the returns address. When returning an item, please re-use the original packaging if possible; otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Please include the completed returns form or a copy of your packing list, stating your returns number and what your wishes are for an exchange, replacement or refund. Any refund given will be made automatically to your original order payment method. In the case of free delivery promotions an administration charge will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original postage costs. When returning goods, always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the Post Office for loss or damage. We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. We recommend that you use a tracked service. Please note, all of our bespoke made to measure occasion wear is non-refundable and non returnable.*

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS LINGERIE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE CORRECT SIZE, WE WOULD ADVISE THAT YOU CHECK OUR SIZING GUIDE OR ARE PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED FIRST.
We guarantee to replace or, if out of stock refund any faulty items*. Simply notify us within the 3 days of the delivery of the goods. Belle-Rose Boutique/Belle-Rose Bridal requests that the faulty goods be sent back to them at your own cost, however this will be refunded along with the cost of the faulty items. For this reason, we advise that you use a tracking service so you can be sure the product gets back to us safely. If a Courier delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as a damaged container, let us know within 24 hrs, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.
*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL BESPOKE MADE TO MEASURE OCCASION WEAR IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. IN THE EVENT OF THIS HAPPENING, PLEASE SEND PHOTOGRAPHS TO US SO WE CAN ASSESS THE DAMAGE. ANY DECISION DECIDED UPON THEREAFTER IS AT THE GOODWILL AND DISCRETION OF BELLE-ROSE BOUTIQUE/BELLE-ROSE BRIDAL.
When returning an item for exchange, please call or email to check we have the item you want in stock and we can reserve the item for you and issue you with a return number. Exchange items must be returned 'as new' with all original labels and packaging included. Please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement on the returns form or a covering note. Once we have received your return and processed your exchange, if there is any difference due we will contact you before dispatch. Return costs cannot be refunded, but we will send out the exchanged item free of charge.
